Privacy Policy

Really Ice is operated by Daring Creative Solutions LLC (“Really Ice,” “we,” “us”), a Philadelphia business located at 2620 N 22nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19132.

Account information. When you create an account in the Really Ice app, we collect your email address and password. You can optionally add your first name, last name, and birthday to your profile.

Activity in the app. We store your wishlist (favorited products), purchase history, and any bulk order requests you submit, including the contact email you provide with a bulk order.

Purchases. When you buy merch, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of what was purchased, the price, and the size selected.

What we don’t collect. We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or browsing history. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use your information only to run Really Ice:

• To create and manage your account
• To process orders and show you your purchase history
• To save your wishlist across devices
• To respond to bulk order requests
• To award and track loyalty points

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate: Supabase (account and app data hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (website and app hosting). Each provider processes your data only to provide their service to us.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the Really Ice app. Deletion removes your account, profile, and wishlist immediately. Past order records are kept for business and tax purposes but are fully anonymized — they are no longer linked to you, and any contact details on them are erased.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. Anonymized purchase records are retained as required for business and tax records. Payment records are retained by Stripe according to their own policies and legal obligations.

The Really Ice app and website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
